ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be a successful candidate, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people, a compassionate and empathetic approach, and excellent communication skills.
