ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you'll need some experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, empathetic approach. Barchester provides comprehensive training to help you develop the skills needed to thrive in this role.
