ABOUT THE ROLEAs a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. What's most important is that you have a reliable, compassionate and caring nature, with a practical approach to tackling a diverse range of tasks.
