Job summary

This is a clinical leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a 60-bedded nursing home on the Isle of Wight. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the night care team, implementing safeguarding policies, and overseeing the creation of care plans to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Home Clinical Lead at Barchester, the successful candidate will use their compassion and experience to deliver clinical care to the high standards the organization is known for. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registrationto join a 60-bedded nursing home and lead the night care team. This role is available for an immediate start (subject to DBS and compliance checks).

Experience of gerontology is important too, as well as a strong awareness of both clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
