ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and compassion will be key in providing the highest level of care and support to the residents.
