• To be a Home Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will need to have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You should also have excellent organizational and management skills, experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
