Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

• To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing a care home, with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of CQC and safeguarding guidelines. A relevant professional qualification, such as a nursing or social care degree, is also required.
