ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• You will need to have previous experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering the highest standard of care.
