ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be a successful Care Assistant, you will need previous experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. Compassion, empathy, and the ability to deliver the highest standard of care are essential.
