ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, as well as a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Empathy and a warm-hearted approach are also essential, as is the ability to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
