ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach. Barchester Healthcare will provide all the necessary training to help you succeed in this role.
