• To be a Home Manager at Barchester, you will need inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centered care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You should also have excellent organizational and management skills, care home management, marketing and occupancy experience, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
