Barchester Healthcare, one of the largest care home providers in the UK, is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their exceptional employee services team. This newly created role will allow you to demonstrate your expertise in HR policies and procedures, with a focus on supporting a fast-paced new build programme.
Main duties of the job
As the HR Advisor, you will work remotely to provide HR support to a multi-million pound, fast-paced new build programme, including recruitment for 10 new care home openings per year and delivering an enhanced HR service to these homes in their first year. You will collaborate with recruitment, senior management, and the projects team to onboard staff members, provide comprehensive inductions for Care Home Administrators and Managers, offer contractual support, deliver HR surgeries on-site, handle case management, and provide HR training to heads of department.
