Job summary
Barchester Healthcare, one of the largest care home providers in the UK, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their exceptional employee services team. This newly created role will allow the successful candidate to demonstrate their skills in coaching managers, implementing best practice HR policies and procedures, and providing HR support for a fast-paced new build program.
Main duties of the job
The HR Advisor will work remotely and focus on providing HR support to Barchester's multi-million pound, fast-paced new build program, including recruitment for 10 new care home openings per year and delivering an enhanced HR service to these homes in their first year. Key responsibilities include working in conjunction with recruitment, senior management, and the projects team for onboarding of staff members, providing comprehensive inductions for Care Home Administrators and Managers, contractual support, delivering HR surgeries on site, supporting with case management, and providing HR training to heads of department.
