ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you will need some experience in caring for older people. While formal qualifications are not required, you should have a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering the best possible care for residents.
