The Customer Relationship Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join their prestigious care home team and help drive sales and occupancy through a range of sales and marketing activities.
Main duties of the job
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the care home and generate new enquiries, supporting local and wider marketing activities, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance. The role requires proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, as well as strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and a self-motivated, target-driven approach.
