ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Head of Housekeeping at a Barchester independent mental health hospital, you'll help to create the comfortable and secure environment that is so important to delivering quality patient care and support. Leading a team of housekeeping staff, you'll ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. The Head of Housekeeping role demands excellent attention to detail, but we'll also rely on you to motivate everyone in your team to be at their best. Put simply, you'll help to make your hospital a shining example of a high quality care environment.

ABOUT YOUExperience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment will be very advantageous for the role of Head of Housekeeping. Essential

• Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment will be very advantageous for the role of Head of Housekeeping. A proven ability to lead and inspire a team is also important, as is a caring nature and good communication skills.
