Main duties of the job
As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to network within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries. You will also support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy. Additionally, you will be required to identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
