ABOUT THE ROLEAs a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. Essential

• No specific qualifications are required for the General Assistant role, as Barchester Healthcare provides comprehensive training to help you thrive in the position. However, relevant experience in a similar role or a demonstrated ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service would be advantageous.
