ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people. While formal qualifications are not necessarily required, you should have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to provide compassionate care to the residents.
