Job summary
This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Quality Improvement and Regulation Manager to join the well-established Regulation and Quality Improvement Team at Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK's leading care providers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving continuous quality improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organisation's 260 care homes and six independent hospitals.
Main duties of the job
The Quality Improvement and Regulation Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering the annual Quality Improvement Review (QIR) and support visit schedule, monitoring and reviewing data to inform risk-based responses, providing day-to-day central support and guidance on regulatory and quality improvement matters, and driving continuous quality improvement through constructive feedback and reporting. The role will involve working on a rota basis on the Regulation Duty Desk function, as well as involvement in key quality improvement projects and the drafting, review, and refresh of relevant policies and guidance.
