ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people. You should have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the compassion required to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
