ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people. While formal qualifications are not strictly required, you will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for care work and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families.
