They are recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of their divisions and support the South East London region to increase occupancy.
Main duties of the job
The Regional Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries, and supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy. They will need to have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, and the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application. They should be self-motivated, target-driven, and have excellent interpersonal and professional qualities.
