Main duties of the job
The Regional Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries, supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
