ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be a Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, as well as a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Empathy and a warm-hearted approach are also essential for this role.
