• To be considered for the Home Manager role, you will need to have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centered care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You will also need excellent organizational and management skills, care home management, marketing, and occupancy experience, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
