ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a positive and proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted nature will be essential, as you will need to demonstrate the compassion required to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
