Main duties of the job

The Regional Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the care homes and generate enquiries, and supporting local and wider marketing activities to drive enquiries, conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The role requires the ability to analyze data on Salesforce or a similar CRM application, as well as being a confident user of Microsoft Office tools.
