Job summary

As a Driver at a Barchester care home, you'll provide a service that helps the organisation give their residents the best possible care and support. You'll get behind the wheel to make all kinds of journeys involving residents, staff and visitors, and you'll be happy to interact with everyone you drive. You'll also be responsible for keeping the vehicles in tip-top condition.

Main duties of the job

The Driver role at Barchester Healthcare involves providing transportation services to the residents, staff, and visitors of their care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating the vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and clean, and interacting with all passengers in a courteous and respectful manner.
