ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. Empathy and a compassionate approach are essential for this role.
