Job summary
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You'll supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, while respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents and creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
Main duties of the job
The role involves supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, delivering quality, person-centred care and support to the residents. You'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support. There are opportunities for career development through ongoing training.
