Essential

• To be considered for the Home Manager role, you will need to have a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding, personalized care. You should possess inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, excellent organizational and management abilities, and experience in care home marketing and operations. A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and compliance is also essential.
