Job summary

Forest Hospital located in Mansfield is looking for an experienced clinical leader to join the team as a Hospital Director. The successful candidate will have full clinical and commercial control of the facility and work to develop a coherent and effective team who provide quality care for patients with Neurodegenerative mental health conditions.

Main duties of the job

As a Hospital Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring compliance in the home as well as maintaining occupancy levels by setting out creative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be an experienced nurse professional with a background within mental health/learning disabilities, able to create strong links within the local community, and confident in building strong relationships with CCGs, CQC, and safeguarding. They should also have a successful track record of managing a commercial business within the private healthcare sector and be a hands-on manager who is approachable, with a good blend of compassion and resilience.
