Job summary

The Operational Trainers play a key role in ensuring the continued delivery of good and outstanding care by ensuring every member of staff is confident and competent in their ability to work in a person-centered and compassionate manner.
Main duties of the job
As an Operational Trainer at Barchester, you will be responsible for providing induction and development training to approximately 5 homes and/or hospitals across a specific region. This varied position will provide you with the opportunity to witness the skilled progression of staff from their first day throughout their Barchester career. The role involves coordinating and delivering training against Barchester's objectives and training statistics, providing practical, hands-on training across a variety of subjects, planning and publishing training calendars, and maintaining regular contact with new team members to coach and support them as needed.
