This role involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing and payment of Barchester employees. Main duties of the job
The Payroll Officer will be responsible for processing a large volume of payrolls on a weekly basis, supporting nursing homes across the UK with payroll-related queries, ensuring accurate data input, producing payslips and reports, and assisting with monthly reconciliations and year-end returns. The successful candidate will have a high level of accuracy, excellent Excel and Outlook skills, and preferably some understanding of PAYE and previous payroll experience.
