ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Some experience in caring for older people is required, as well as a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Compassion and a warm-hearted attitude are also essential.
