ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you'll need some experience in caring for older people. A warm-hearted, compassionate approach is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider care team.
