ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • To join as a Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will be essential, as well as the compassion to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
