• To be considered for the Home Manager role, you will need to have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care, excellent organizational and management skills, experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
