As a Peripatetic Chef, you will have the opportunity to support multiple care homes in the Bristol region, showcasing your culinary skills and helping to provide delicious, nutritious meals that cater to the diverse needs of the residents.

Main duties of the job

As a Peripatetic Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing fresh, seasonal meals for the residents of Barchester's care homes in the Bristol area. You will work closely with the care home teams to understand the dietary requirements and preferences of the residents, and use your expertise to develop menus that promote good nutrition and a positive dining experience. Additionally, you will have the chance to share your knowledge and best practices with the kitchen staff across the homes, helping to maintain the high standards of food quality and service that Barchester is known for.
