ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Previous experience in caring for older people is required. A can-do approach and excellent communication skills are also essential.
