ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people. While formal qualifications are not essential, a caring and compassionate approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the best possible care for residents are crucial.
