Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have a successful track record of managing and marketing a care home, with experience in delivering outstanding personalized care. A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines is also required, as well as excellent organizational and management skills.
