ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you'll need to have some prior experience in caring for older people. A caring and compassionate nature, as well as strong communication skills, are essential. Barchester Healthcare will provide the necessary training to help you succeed in the role.
