ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Some experience in caring for older people is required, along with a compassionate and empathetic approach. Specific qualifications are not essential, as Barchester provides comprehensive training to all their Care Assistants.
