ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. The ability to empathize and connect with residents is crucial, as is the compassion to provide the highest level of care.
