Main duties of the job

As the Care Home Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for a range of duties, including ensuring care standards, leading and motivating a multidisciplinary team, conducting regular audits and risk assessments, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You'll be expected to have experience in managing residents with different health needs, a track record of handling safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, as well as some HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.
