ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Some experience in caring for older people is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided. A compassionate and caring attitude, as well as strong communication skills, are essential for this role.
