ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• You'll need some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. The ability to empathize and show compassion is essential to this role.
